CIERRE DE ENCARGO DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA:
De acuerdo a lo conversado en la última sesión del taller, se les solicita a todos los grupos para el lunes próximo lo siguiente:
Presentar al taller la FORMA DEFINITIVA que tendrá la sesión de participación ciudadana que cada grupo desarrollará en Playa Ancha.
Se debe dar respuesta cuando menos a los siguientes aspectos: duración estimada, hora de inicio, hora de término, número de participantes, día de la jornada, identificación específica de los participantes, invitaciones, descripción detallada de la jornada, implementos requeridos, diseño definitivo - cartilla, soporte, encuesta, planos, dibujos, preguntas, todo debidamente impreso para ver el tamaño y calidad material de los soportes - listado de contactos previos, cubicación de materiales, presupuesto definitivo, organización interna.
Para todos estos efectos, cada grupo a de superponer y ENFOCAR EL SENTIDO de la jornada de trabajo de participación ciudadana en función de LOS TIEMPOS - geológico, dinámico, estático, climático, diario, histórico - asociados a los registros y catastros según cada grupo. De este modo, este trabajo de participación en el diseño y recopilación de información ha de ser ORIENTADO por la dimensión particular y específica común de cada grupo.
Se ha de elaborar y exponer la totalidad del material de trabajo definitivo, como si la jornada de trabajo se fuese a hacer el mismo lunes, sin dejar nada postergado y sin resolver.
